Universal Spraying Ltd, trading as Uniboards, company number 08357403, operates Cutspan. Our registered office is Unit 27, Seax Court, Basildon SS15 6SL, United Kingdom. Cutspan provides calculation and file-generation tools; it does not sell sheet materials on this domain.

You may use the optimiser without an account. Some optional features, including AI-assisted work and saved account history, may require sign-in and may have daily or technical limits. We may change, suspend or withdraw a free feature, but we will not describe a feature as available when it has deliberately been removed.

You keep your rights in the dimensions, files, text and other material you provide. You give us permission to process that material only as needed to operate the feature you chose, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. You must have the right to submit it.

A saved project is kept for 90 days from its last activity. A project link is a bearer link: anyone holding it can open, change and delete that project. You are responsible for deciding who receives it and for removing sensitive information before sharing.

AI can misread a drawing, omit a row or infer the wrong unit. Treat extracted dimensions and assistant changes as a draft. Review the cut list and the original source before calculating or cutting. Do not submit personal data that is not needed for the job.

Layouts, board counts and costs are estimates generated from the information and settings you provide. Machine files are generated from the same input. Check dimensions, quantities, grain, kerf, trim, tooling, origin, clamping and machine limits. Prove the first machine program on scrap with the drawing beside you.

Do not attack, overload, probe or bypass limits on the service; scrape it in bulk; interfere with another user; upload unlawful or malicious material; misrepresent generated output as independently certified; or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

The service is provided as available and may be interrupted. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for material, tooling, machine time or other loss caused by unverified input, output or a machine file that was not safely proved first.

We may restrict access to protect users, the service or our suppliers, or where these terms are breached. We may update these terms when the service or law changes; the date above will change with them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Questions should be sent to sales@uniboards.co.uk.
